Beef Bean Potatoe Burritos

Ingredients
1 can green encilada sauce, mild1 can red enchilada sauce, mild2 cups cooked ground beef (1 lb raw)1 pkg Taco Bell taco seasoning mix1 pkg Golden Grill Russet dehydrated hashbrowns (3 cups re-hydrated)1 cup low fat cheddar cheese6 cheddar cheese sticks, sliced lengh wise1/2 cup sliced black olives9 flour tortillas2 T margarine
Directions
Fry tortillas in margarine or oil before assembling burritos. Use cheese sticks for inside the burritos, shredded cheese for on top. Put 2-3 tablespoons of red/green sauce mixture into burrito before rolling up. Use 1/2 of taco seasoning mix on ground beef and 1/2 on hashbrowns.
