Mexican Casserole (gluten & dairy free)

Ingredients
*Refried Beans, 1 can*Turkey, ground turkey breast - Honeysuckle 99% fat free, 16 oz (remove)*Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 16 oz*Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix, 1 cup 1/3 c Water
Directions
Mix baking mix, refried beans, and water and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish (spray with Pam first).

Brown ground turkey, drain, mix with salsa, spread on top of refried bean mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Serve with salsa, guacamole, and tortilla chips.

For non-dairy-free, top with cheese and cook for another 5-10 minutes. You can also top with sour cream when serving.
