- Cobble Mill French Bread, pre sliced
- 4.5 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 tablespoons light margarine
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In microwave safe bowl, heat butter for 10 or so seconds until it is soft enough to mash but not runny.
- Mix in minced garlic.
- Remove bread and place on a large enough piece of aluminum foil to fold the sides up to make a bowl.
- Butter both sides of bread, simplest way is to scoop up mixture and press between slices before spreading.
- Bake for 10 or so minutes until bread is golden brown and crisp.
