Ingredients
6 CUPS BUTTERNUT SQUASH¾ CUP ONION, CHOPPED2 TBSP. FRESH CILANTRO2 CUPS STRONG CHICKEN BOULLION ½ TSP. SALT½ TSP. CUMIN½ TSP. CURRY POWDER1 CLOVE GARLIC
Directions
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN POT AND BRING TO BOIL. SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES, OR UNTIL COOKED.

PUT SOUP IN BLENDER AND BLEND. AS THERE IS A LOT OF SOUP, YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IT IN 2-3 BATCHES.

POUR BLENDED SOUP BACK INTO POT AND ADD ½ CUP SKIM MILK.
