Southwestern Black Bean & Corn Salad

1 Can Black Beans1 Can Whole Kernel Corn1 Cup Diced Tomato1 1/2 Tbsp jalapeno pepper, finely diced 1/2 Cup Diced Onion2 Tbsp Cilantro, Chopped2 Tbsp Olive Oil3 Tbsp White Vinegar1/ tsp Chili PowderSalt & Pepper to Taste
Directions
Makes 10 Servings. Single Serving size is 1/2 cup.
Mix all ingredients together. Place in refrigerator in covered bowl for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
