Yum Yum Happy Calcium Brown Rice under Asparagus and Mushrooms

Ingredients
* *Aspargus (5 spears = 1 serving) Green Giant, 4 serving (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 10 medium (remove) * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove) * Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove) * *Low Fat Neuchatel Cheese (Aldi’s), 4 oz (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove) * Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove) * Salt, 2 dash (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Melt the butter over medium heat. Saute asparagus and mushrooms in butter, drizzling with olive oil for 10 minutes (or until cooked). Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove asparagus and mushrooms from the pan into a serving dish, and melt milk and butter over medium heat.

Stir in other ingredients Cayenne through Parmesan cheese and stir constantly until smooth.

Stir cheese sauce into rice and serve asparagus/mushrooms on top.
