Beer Bread

Ingredients
3 c. flour3 tsp. baking soda1.5 tsp. salt1/4 cup sugar1 can warm beer1/2 Tbs. Basil
Directions
Sitr until flour is mixed. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes or until top is light brown.

    I used Splenda to lower the calories, along with lite beer. I baked it a second time with 1/2 the salt. It was great! - 10/6/07
