Rotel Chicken and Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
1&1/2 lb chicken breast - no skin2- 14 oz cans rotel tomatoes1- 4 oz can tomato sauce - low sodium1 block low fat or fat free cream cheese8 oz. low fat sour cream8oz wide egg noodles6 green onions chopped - tops and bottoms
Directions
Grill chicken, cool and then shred. Put shredded chicken, rotel, and tomato sauce into a medium/large sauce pan and simmer over medium low heat 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed. Drain pasta. Mix pasta, cream cheese, sour cream and green onion together. Layer in casserole dish, starting with meat and ending with pasta mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes. Enjoy!
