1 8oz chicken breast1/4 green bell pepper sliced1/4 red bell pepper sliced1/4 yellow onion sliced2 carrots sliced in strips1 bag cauliflower & broccoli3tsp minced garlickosher saltblack pepper1TB Country Crock spread1.5 TB Lite Soy Sauce
Wash chicken thoroughly and cut in to chunks
Spray nonstick pan w/ Pam
Cook Chicken until no longer pink
Add Country Crock to pan
Add carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, peppers and onion to pan
Stir occasionally allowing veggies to cook.
Add garlic and soy sauce and stir.
Allow to cook on medium heat to desired cripsness of veggies
Makes 5 servings of 1.25 cups
