tofu scrmble

Ingredients
* *Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), 1 serving * *Bell Pepper (Green) 1 Med, Raw, * *Brocolli Fresh boiled, 1 cup * Tofu, extra firm, 1 block (frozen) * Tomato Paste, 1tbs * *Chilli Powder, 0.5 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper *olive oil 1 tsp
Directions
makes 4-5serving

Heat oil in a pan ,add the veggies close the lid and allow it took cook for 5 mins .Meanwhile mix soy sauce,tomato paste salt ,chilli powder,black pepper in a bowl .Add this sauce to the veggies. Now defrost the tofu and crumble it with your hands and throw it along with veggies . now cook for another 10 to 15 mins in low flame .

Serve it with toast
