Low Fat Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
(3) 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast2 cups of crushed corn flakes1 large egg1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon mustard1 tablespoon pepper
Directions
Cut the chicken into approx. 1 inch cubes, set aside

In one bowl add cornflakes (finely crushed) and pepper
In another bowl add egg honey and mustard; mix

Coat each piece of chicken individually in egg mixture, then roll in corn flake mixture and place on a baking sheet. Continue until you've done them all.

Bake nuggets for 15-20 minutes on 450

Makes approx. 6 nuggets per serving.
