Ingredients
Frozen Mixed Berries, 2 cup *Trader Joes, Plain non fat yogurt, 6 oz *Trader Joe's 100% Cranberry Juice, 4 oz Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cup Asparagus, canned, 2 spear (about 5" long)
Directions
Makes 2 big smoothies or can be frozen into 4 fruit pops.

Toss it all into a blender for a few minutes, serve in pretty glasses with straws. Get your antioxidants, phytonutrients, fiber, vitamins and more without HFCS and additives.
