Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
2 c. Ice1/2 med. banana1 c. Orange Juice1 TBSP sugar free peanut butter1/2 c. nonfat yogurt1 scoop whey protein powder
Directions
Throw it all into a blender and pulse until smooth. A whopping 22 g of protein with the whey powder to build muscle, but it contains a 4:1 ratio of carbs to protein for a great post workout recovery snack.
