1 10oz. can Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust8 oz. grated low-fat Cheddar or Colby cheese8 medium fresh very ripe peaches, peeled, halved, seeded, and sliced3 Tblsps. brown sugar, unpacked1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300F. Wash, peel, halve, seed, and slice very ripe peaches. Place pizza crust on round pizza pan.Top with cheese, then peach slices. Combine brown sugar & cinnamon, then top peaches. Place pan in oven and cook about 10 minutes until cheese melts.
Serves 8 slices.
