Turkey Stuffing with Gravy

Ingredients
  • 1 box Stove Top Turkey Stuffing
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
Directions
  1. In 2 quart saucepan bring 2 cups water and 2 tbsp butter to boil.
  2. In 1 quart saucepan slowly mix 1/8 cup flour and poultry seasoning with 2 cups water.
  3. In 1st saucepan add stuffing mix and blend until all stuffing is moist. Cover and remove from heat.
  4. Sturring continually, bring gravy to boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until gravy is thick.
  6. Remove gravy from heat. Gravy will thicken as cools.
  7. Fluff stuffing with fork.
Serving size = 1/2 cup stuffing and 1/4 cup gravy.
