Spicy Shimp and Corn Salad for One

Ingredients
3 oz Frozen Shrimp1 cup Frozen Yellow Corn3/4 cup Red Pepper 1/2 an Avocado1 Tbsp. Miracle WhipCayenne pepper
Directions
- Thaw the shrimp by placing them in a colander and running cold water over them.
- Cook the corn in the microwave for the length of time recommended on the package.
- Dice red pepper into 1/4 inch cubes.
- Dice avocado into 1/4 inch cubes.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
- Add cayenne pepper to taste.

Makes one serving.
