Ingredients
1 Cup Egg Beaters1 Cup fresh Spinach, torn1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese diced or grated1/2 Cup Zucchini, grated1/2 Cup fresh MushroomsGarlic powder, lemon pepper, or spice of choice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a glass pie plate sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with spice. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until set. Makes 4 servings.
