BLTA Lettuce Wraps - low carb!

Ingredients
6 slices bacon1 small avocado1 medium tomato1 tsp olive oil1 tbsp minced onionJuice of one lime wedgeSaltPepper2 large lettuce leaves
Directions
*Makes 2 large lettuce wraps

Fry bacon until crispy

Dice tomato and avocado
Add minced onion, olive oil, and lime juice
Garlic Salt and pepper the mixture to taste

Place half the bacon in the center of each lettuce leaf
Top bacon with the avocado/tomato mixture

Wrap and enjoy!
