Pre-Heat Oven to 350You will Need 5 Bell PeppersHunts Manwich Original Sloppy Joe SauceBox of Near East Brown Rice Wild Mushroom & Herb1 Tablespoon Smart Balance Light Butter1- l lb Lauras Extra Lean Beef 4% fatBegin Cooking your ground beef. There is NO need to drain if you use Lauras Ground Beef it is super lean.Cook Brown Rice as instructed on box.Combine all together and stuff peppers.For my family who is not watching their weight I add 1/3 cup cheese.Bake half Hour
