Grilled Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
Prepared pizza dough3/4 C Chopped Broccoli1/2C Sundried Tomatoes1 medium Summer Squash3/4 C Asparagus (snapped into 1-2" lengths)3 slices Sargento Reduced Fat pepper jack Cheese1T olive oil.75t Tastefully Simple Fiesta Party Mix
Directions
Makes one large pizza.

Preheat grill on high

Turn grill down to med/low

Pull out pizza dough and place on grill. Flip when bottom is slightly crispy.

Put one tablespoon of olive oil on crust and spread around evenly.

Sprinkle Fiesta mix over pizza for spice

Add veggies and slices of cheese (I break it into smaller bits so the entire pizza is covered.)

Close grill lid to help cook veggies. Remove from grill when veggies are tender.
