blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, banana, ice
Directions
This is simple & quick if you use your own frozen berries and have the pineapple pre-cut.
I use this for breakast, after work-out or lunch.
I also add (opt) 1 tsp Blue Agave sweetner--low glycemic.
