Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 egg1 clove garlic, minced2 tbsp Mediterranean spice sea salt1/2 cup feta cheese 2 cups fresh spinach (wilted)1 lb ground turkeyoptional:sliced onionlettucered pepper & artichoke tapenade
Directions
combine all ingredients and form into patties.

on grill pan or in saute pan - cook over medium heat - approx 5 minutes each side (until cooked through)

serve on roll with sliced onion, lettuce, tapenade.
