Snodgrass Southwest Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 cups lettuce salad10 oz chicken breast, cooked and diced1 small onion, chopped1 large stalk celery, diced1 can Fiesta Corn, drained1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 oz tortilla chips, crumbled1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated1/2 cup All Natural Newman's Southwest Ranch dressing
Directions
Combine chicken, onion, celery, corn, black beans and cheddar cheese. Arrange lettuce in four salad bowls, and divide the mixture among the salads. Top each salad with 2 tbsp dressing and 1/4 of the crumbled chips.
Makes four servings.
