Pumpkin Bran Muffins - Light

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packedPumpkin, canned, (15 oz can) 1.75 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Wheat bran, 1 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 3 tsp Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1 1/4 cupPumpkin Pie spice, 2 tsp
Directions
Makes 24 regular size muffins or 12 large

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat edds then add pumpkin and milk, mix well then add brown sugar. In Seperate bowl combine four, bran, baking soda and baking powder, Mix into wet ingredients.
Spray 24 muffin tins or line with paper and fil each 1/2 full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted muffin middle comes out clean.
Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
