Rhubarb cake

Ingredients
1 stick butter1 ½ c sugar (this recipe calculation uses Splenda)3 eggs½ c non-fat milk 2c flour3t baking powder¼ t salt1t vanilla2c sliced rhubarb
Directions
Mix together all but the rhubarb. When well mixed, stir in Rhubarb. Turin into a well greased and floured 8X10" pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes (Bake at 375 if using sugar). Enjoy without icing! Makes a great snack cake.
