Zangy Tuna Penne

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil for saute1 clove garlic minced1 leek chopped1 cup (2oz) dry Wheat Penne Pasta Shells1/4 cup red onions, minced1/2 can (2oz) Tuna Fish2 tsp dijon mustard1TBSp balsamic vinegar1TBSs olive oil mayo (optional)salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Saute garlic and chopped leeks in oil to desired tenderness.

2. Meanwhile boil pasta according to box instructions (usually 8-11 minutes, or "al dente")

3. Drain pasta; Mix in sauteed garlic and leeks. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
