Ingredients
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced 28 oz can Red Pack crushed tomatoes, 1 serving Shoprite Mixed Vegetables 1 serving = 2/3 cup, 8 serving Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chia Seeds, 3 tbsp Beans, white, 1.75 cup (15 oz. can)Beans, black, 1.5 cup Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Add all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 one cup servings.
