Taco Crock-Pot Casserole

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef (extra lean)1 tsp garlic powder1 packet Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix ---------------------------------------------------------2 -28 fl oz cans tomatoes,100 g fresh mushrooms, chopped (approx 1/2 cup)1 medium green pepper, chopped1/4 red pepper, chopped1 med (approx 1 cup) onion, chopped1 small zucchini, chopped
Directions
Brown ground beef in a pan with garlic.
Meanwhile, combine all veggies in large crock-pot and begin cooking on HIGH setting.
When beef is completely cooked, add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 15 minutes, then add to crock pot.
Turn crock-pot to LOW and cook another 2 hours or longer.
Yield= approx 12 1-cup servings.
