Oriental Ground Beef Casserole

1 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean,1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup,1 clove Garlic, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper3 oz carrots (about 14 baby carrots raw)1 cup Onions, raw, chopped 3 tablespoons Kikkoman Lite Teriyaki Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger2 cans sliced Waterchestnuts8 oz Mushrooms, fresh1/2 lb Peas, frozen1/4 cup raw Hulled Barley, Berry Farms precooked in 1 cup water
Precook barley in 1 cup of water for about 45 minutes.
Precook meat on a rack in microwave or on grill or in skillet. Drain grease. Pat more grease out with paper towel or napkin. Crumble in food processor.
Saute the onions and garlic in cooking spray for about 3 to 5 minutes. Combine onions and garlic, precooked barley, pre cooked drained meat, peas, carrots, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
For sauce stir together soup, juice from water chestnuts, terriaki sauce, any liquid left from cooking barley, white pepper, and ginger. Pour over mixture in casserole.
Microwave on high for 30 minutes.
