Banana French Toast

Ingredients
2 large, ripe bananas1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 egg3 egg whites3/4 cup low fat milk8 slices bread (the recipe actually makes more with most bread)1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Puree the bananas, vnailla, egg, egg whiltes, and milk. Preheat griddle to 375 degrees. Dip bread in mixture on both sides and to cover evenly. Place bread on griddle and cook until lightly brown, flip and cook until done. Dust with cinnamon and serve.
