Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
.75 c whole wheat flour.25 c white flour.5 t baking soda.25 t cinnamon3 packets Kashi Go Lean Natural Creamy Instant Cereal .5 c light brown sugar.5 t vanilla.5 c soy milk (plain).5 c natural applesauce
Directions
Mix together flours, baking soda and cinnamon. Add in 3 packets of Kashi Go Lean Instant Cereal.
Mix together brown sugar, vanilla, soy milk, and applesauce.
Add to dry ingredients and mix together.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 min. in 8 by 8 inch glass dish
