Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh,3 - 4 stalk Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cookCream of Mushroom Soup, 2 can (10.50 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.50 oz) Hellmann's Mayonaise, 1/2 C*Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Curry powder, 2 tbsp (sprinkle to taste)Paprika, 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)*White Rice, medium grain, 4 cup (remove)
Directions
use a 9 x 12 glass baking dish (it works best in a glass dish - not sure why). Cut broccoli off stems and cover bottom of dish. Dice chicken in to about the size of your thumb, boil for a couple of minutes - just long enough to get the pink out. Strain the chicken and layer it on top of the broccoli. In a separate dish mix together soups, (3 cans), lemon juice and mayonnaise* (*IMPORTANT- DO NOT SUBSTITUTE SALAD DRESSING FOR MAYO - IT TASTES AWFUL!). Pour over chicken. Sprinkle top with curry powder, paprika and parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 fot 40 minutes. Serve over rice that has been prepared in rice cooker.
