Chicken with Lemon Herb Marinade

Ingredients
Lemon Juice and Herb Marinade(ingredients are for one pound of chicken)1 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper3 tbsp lemon juice3 tbsp olive oil3 parsley sprigs1/4 tsp thyme or sage1 bay leaf1 clove of mashed garlic
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients. Trim chicken. Marinade for a few hours.

Cook chicken as per normally with cooking spray in large pan. (165 degrees internally, when juices run clear)
