Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
2 large baking potatoes1 cup cheddar cheese1/2 cup sour cream4 tbsp. bacon pieces2 tbsp. butter
Directions
Bake the potatoes until they are soft. Cut in half and scoop out the middle of the potatoes. Place the middles in a bowl and mix sour cream, butter, and cheese. Once mixed scoop even amounts into the potato shells. Top with bacon and bake an additional 10 minutes.
