Easy Hamburger Potato Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef3 C. thinly sliced potatoes1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom/onion/garlic soup (See my homemade recipe)3/4 C. fat free skim milk3 Tbsp. Parmesean Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain fat
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom/onion/garlic soup and milk
Alternately layer the potatoes, soup mixture and meat in at 11x7 (2 quart) baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
Top with parmesean cheese in the last 20 minutes of baking and continue baking until cheese is golden brown.
