pork & black bean enchiladas

16 oz nonfat sour cream1 can cream of mushroom soup1 T chopped cilantro1 C chopped onion1 lb cooked pork, chopped (I used leftover roast)1/2 C salsa verde1 can black beans, drained but not rinsed16 corn tortillas4 oz cheddar cheese
blend sour cream, mushroom soup, cilantro in small saucepan, heat on low.
Saute chopped onions, using pan spray, till tender, add pork, salsa, and black beans. cook till heated thru.
put meat mixture into tortillas with a small sprinkle of cheddar in each, place in 9x13 pan and pour sour cream mixture over top. bake in 350 degree oven till hot, around 20 minutes.
serving is 2 rolls.
