12C frozen broccoli and cauliflower6C frozen mixed vegetables1 can low fat cream of celery soup2C shredded fat free cheese1C shreded sharp cheddar1 yellow onion (chopped)2 cans tuna in water1 or 2C nutritional yeast2 T garlic powder2 T black pepper1 T paprika
Preheat oven to 350. Boil water in a large pot and add veggies when boiling. Drain, and mix in the cream of celery, onion, fat free cheddar, and tuna. Mix well, then scoop into a large casserole. Top with sharp cheddar, black pepper, garlic, paprika and nutritional yeast, to taste. Bake at 350 for 20 min. or until crispy on top.
