Raspberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
1c frozen red raspberries (blueberries work OK as well)1/2c Vanilla Yogurt (I make my own out of unsweetened plain yogurt or you can use the premade)1/4c Cottage Cheese (you can use low fat and small curd works best)
Directions
Microwave the raspberries on medium for 1 minute.* Skip if using fresh berries*

Mash the berries, add yogurt, and cottage cheese, mix well.

Dip fruit, wheat bread cubes, pita slices, graham cracker, etc. and enjoy.
