Ingredients
FlourMilklight margarinemilk 1%low fat shredded cheese
Directions
melt margarine at medium heat, add flour until all is mixed in and dry. Then add milk stirring constantly, still add medium heat. Then add shredded cheese . Stir until all is melted in and until it is all thickened. Take off heat serve over pasta or veggies..Yummy
