Homeade pita

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup warm tap water1 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder
Directions
1. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and oil togeather and mix well.
2. Add the water 1 tbsp at a time into the flour, mixing well after each tbsp. ( If too dry add more water)
3. Dust your board with flour and kneed dough 15-20 times.
4. Wrap up and put into the fridge for 15 miniutes.
5. Cut the dough into 10-12 pieces.
6. Roll out each piece.
7. Put the pitas into a medium-high pan and let cook until brown on both sides.
