Half of a Large Banana (cut up and frozen)1/3 Cup of Skim Milk (I use organic lactose free)2 Tbsp of Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup1/2 Tbsp of Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter (JIF)
Cut a large banana into smaller pieces, place in freezer bag and freeze.
Take half of the frozen banana pieces, put into your blender or similar device.
Pour milk, chocolate syrup and peanut butter into blender.
Blend and serve immediately.
