Indian Chick Pea Curry

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil1 small onion (chopped)4 garlic cloves (chopped)Indian Spices (curry, cumin, tumeric...)2 cans of chick peas Liquid from one of the cans of chick peasSmall can of tomato paste (a bit more than 3 tbsp)1 tbsp of light peanut butter
Directions
-Brown onion and garlic in vegetable oil
-Add indian spices and stir until fragrant
-Add chick peas and reserve liquid from one of the cans.
-Stir until each chick pea seems well coated.
-Add tomato paste and mix well
-When heated through, take 1/3 to 1/2 of the mixture and put it in blender.
-Use the blender to make a paste, and put the paste back with the mixture.
-Stir well and add the peanut butter.
- Serve on top of cooked basmati rice

I'm not good with portions, but if I take about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the mixture per meal, I get about 10 meals.
