Quick Low-Fat Corn Bread

Ingredients
2 cups self-rising corn meal mix1 large egg1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce6 oz. fat free condensed milk
Directions
Pre-heat over to 400. Mix together all ingredients - should be cake batter type of consistency. If too dry you can add more milk to reach consistency. If too thin, add a litttle more corn meal mix. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with non-stick spray and pour in mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes. Yield 10 servings.
