1/2 Cup Oil1/2 Cup Sugar2 eggs3 cups Quick Oats2 teaspoons Baking Powder1 teaspoon Salt1 Cup Milk(1/3 cup craisins or fruit of choice)
Beat together the eggs, sugar and oil. Then add the quick oats, backing powder, salt and milk. (Optional fruit ingredients as well). Pour into an 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Makes 9 servings.
