Italian Meatballs

1 lb 93% lean hamburger3 T egg white substitute21 grams Marie Callender's fat free Caeser Croutons1/4 Cup Kraft reduced fat grated parmesan1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp Italian spices2 tsp olive oil
Using food processor crush croutons to consistency of bread crumbs. Add grated parmesan, and spices. Pulse to blend.
Mix hamburger and egg substitue. Add crumb mixture. Continue mixing until thoroughly combined.
Heat olive oil in non-stick skillet. Use a Tablespoon to make 16 meatballs. Set into heated skillet and cook through.
