Sauted Green Beans with Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans (trimmed)1/2 lb fresh whole mushrooms, quartered1 small onion, sliced1 tbs olive oil1 tbs minced garlic1 tbs soy sauce
Directions
In a large skillet add the olive oil and onions.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Add the green beans and garlic.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and soy sauce.
Saute for 3 minutes more or until everything is as tender crisp as you like.

Makes 4 large servings.
