Ingredients
1lb ground round or sirloin, broned, drained and rinsed1 package of hamburger helper cheeseburger or 1 package of kraft macaroni and cheese1 15 oz can of Rotel
Directions
Brown ground round, drain and rinse to remove fat. Add Rotel to meat and simmer while preparing macaroni per package. I do not add butter because using ground beef and I use skim milk. Combine ingredients and serve. This should make 5, 1 cup servings. You can add chili powder to give it an extra kick. Enjoy!
