Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ouncesIceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cherry Baby Carrots, raw, 4 medium Red Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Cucumber (with peel), 0.25 cup slices Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp*Old El Paso Taco Sauce Medium, 1 tbsp *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup
Chop vegetables and place in a bowl. Top salad with ranch, cheddar and taco sauce. Cook some of the onions with Chicken and taco seasoning. When the chicken is finished put in on top of your salad! Garnish with lime juice and tortilla strips/chips if you want, but you don't really need it.
