Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 lb bag frozen cauliflower4 tbsp butter or margarinegarlic powder to tasteonion powder to tasteany other seasonings you like
Directions
1. Microwave the bag of frozen cauliflower according to package directions. It should be on the soft side.

2. Put the cauliflower in a blender or food processor with butter or margarine and seasonings to taste

3. Blend and eat! Easy!
