Taco Soup with Black Beans

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef28 oz can diced tomatoes11 oz whole kernel corn (I use Niblets)15 oz can black beans (Bush's)15 oz can light red kidney beans (Bush's)I packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Seasoning mixI packet Taco Bell taco seasoning1 small onion, choppedShredded cheese and sour cream when served.WW 5 points per serving.
Directions
Fry ground beef with chopped onion. Put hambuger and onions in crockpot along with undrained ingredients from cans and seasoning packets. Cook on low for 6 hours. Top with cheese and sour cream (not included in nutrition count).
